I nearly tore my hair out looking for a gift that would be appreciated, yet also still feel special and from the heart. And that is not so easy when your friends have all attended the same baby showers!
That’s how I discovered the trick of personalizing baby gifts. For instance, a monogrammed diaper bag can take a strictly utilitarian piece of baby gear and transform it into a prized possession. Initials are by far the most common kind of monogramming, but it’s also possible to monogram a favorite saying, song lyric or quote. This trick is what gets the “oohs” and “awwws” at the baby shower, time and time again.
